• January - March = $475 weekly
• April = $650 Weekly
• May - August = $800 Weekly (Bike Week = $1,000.00)
• Sept - December = $475 Weekly

• $65 Cleaning Fee required for all stays.
• $200 Security deposit if 25 or over.
• $400 Security deposit if under 25. 

Winter Rentals

We also offer monthly rentals from September through April for Snow Birds based on availability. Please feel free to contact us for any winter months that you may be interested in.  We offer monthly rentals at $1150 and includes everything.
